3. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form, email or phone us, request a quote, or engage us. We may also collect it from your authorised representatives, your other IT providers or vendors (with your authority), and publicly available sources such as business directories. Our website may also collect technical information automatically through cookies and similar tools.

4. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. Analytics and embedded-content providers may collect information under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work if you turn them off. [Delete or edit this section to match the tools you actually use, such as Google Analytics, or note if you use none.]

  • set up and administer your accounts, licences and subscriptions with third-party providers;
  • invoice you and manage payments;
  • communicate with you about your services, including security notices;
  • keep our systems and website secure;
  • send marketing, where permitted by law;

6. Who we share it with
We may share personal information with:

We only share what’s needed for the purpose, and we do not sell personal information.

7. Overseas disclosure
Some of the providers we use store or process information outside Australia. Depending on the service, this may include the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other countries where those providers operate. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients protect personal information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. [List the platforms and countries you actually use, such as Microsoft 365, your PSA/ticketing system, backup provider and website host.]

8. How we store and protect information
We hold personal information electronically in systems such as email, cloud storage, our ticketing and documentation tools, accounting software and backups. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, monitoring, and using reputable providers. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

9. Data breaches
If we have a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will assess it promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where the law requires.

10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.

11. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. If we can’t give access or make a correction, we’ll explain why, unless the law prevents us.

12. Marketing

13. Third-party websites
Our website may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

14. Complaints
If you think we’ve breached your privacy, contact us with your name, contact details and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
